Terms of Use
Effective date: 27 June 2026 · AI Income Circuit Inc.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to aiincomecircuit.one and general use of information published by AI Income Circuit Inc. ("AI Income Circuit," "we," "us"). By accessing the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site. Separate enrolment agreements apply when you register for paid modules, private labs, or corporate circuit training.
2. About our services
AI Income Circuit provides vocational education in linked AI income skill modules for Canadian professionals. Content describes instructor-led training in tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude — focused on billable workflows, deliverable packaging, pricing discipline, and capstone demonstrations. We are not an electrical engineering school, not a life-coaching practice, and not a securities or investment adviser. Nothing on this site guarantees employment, revenue, or business results.
3. Eligibility
The site is intended for adults engaged in professional or business activity. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to bind any organisation you name in enquiries or enrolment.
4. Permitted use
You may browse public pages, download materials explicitly offered for download, and submit forms for legitimate enquiries. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, or republish substantial site content for commercial redistribution without written permission;
- Attempt unauthorised access to servers, accounts, or enrolment systems;
- Introduce malware, interfere with site operation, or overload infrastructure;
- Misrepresent affiliation with AI Income Circuit or impersonate staff;
- Use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, or deceptive material.
Automated scraping of program descriptions to populate competing catalogues violates these Terms and may trigger IP blocking and legal remedies where appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
Site text, graphics, logos, module names, circuit diagrams, and curriculum structure are owned by AI Income Circuit Inc. or licensed to us. Trademarks of third-party AI vendors belong to their respective owners; reference does not imply endorsement. Enrolment may grant a limited personal licence to participant materials for your own professional development — not for resale as a competing course.
You retain ownership of original work you create in exercises. By submitting capstone materials for review you grant us a limited licence to comment on and, with separate permission, anonymise excerpts for internal facilitator training.
6. Information accuracy
We strive to keep schedules, module descriptions, and fees current. Content is informational until confirmed in writing during enrolment. We may update programs, facilitators, or studio availability without prior notice on static pages. Always confirm dates and CAD pricing before paying deposits.
7. Third-party tools and links
Training discusses external AI platforms governed by their own terms. We do not control vendor uptime, pricing, or acceptable-use policies. Links to third sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
You must maintain your own compliance with software licences and data-handling rules when using vendor tools during or after training. AI Income Circuit is not liable for account suspensions imposed by third-party providers.
8. Disclaimers
The site and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated examples in marketing are illustrative; live modules emphasise human verification. Past learner experiences do not predict your outcomes.
Facilitators share professional opinions about workflow design, not legal, tax, engineering, or investment advice. You remain responsible for compliance with employer policies, professional body rules, and client contracts when applying AI tools after training.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by British Columbia and Canadian law, AI Income Circuit Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or reliance on published content. Aggregate liability for direct damages related to free site use shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Enrolment agreements may specify different limits for paid services where enforceable.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Income Circuit from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit — except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
This indemnity does not require you to defend us against claims that solely result from our uncorrected security failures after we received written notice and reasonable time to remediate.
11. Enrolment and payment
Paid modules require acceptance of enrolment terms provided at registration, including cancellation windows, transfer policies, studio conduct rules, and recording restrictions. Fees are quoted in CAD unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in cancelled seats. Chargebacks without good-faith dispute resolution may lead to refused future enrolment.
Deposits hold cohort seats until balance due dates specified in acceptance emails. Corporate purchase orders are accepted when payment terms are agreed in writing. Tax receipts for eligible professional development may be issued upon request with accurate legal names and business numbers supplied by the payer.
Module transfers to another cohort date are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees if requested within fourteen days of start. No-shows forfeit that module fee unless excused under documented medical or emergency circumstances we approve in writing.
12. Conduct
Learners and visitors must treat facilitators and peers respectfully. Harassment, discriminatory conduct, or sharing another participant’s confidential scenarios without permission may result in removal without refund. AI tools used in class must comply with vendor terms and employer policies participants disclose at intake.
Confidential client data should not be pasted into shared exercises unless anonymised or covered by a corporate agreement permitting vendor processing. We provide sample datasets when real client material is inappropriate.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Courts in Vancouver, British Columbia, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your province of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or equivalent legislation in other provinces where you reside as a consumer.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued access after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
15. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.
16. Entire agreement for site use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding free use of aiincomecircuit.one. Paid services are additionally governed by enrolment or corporate contracts signed at registration.
No oral statement by staff modifies these Terms unless confirmed in writing by an authorised officer of AI Income Circuit Inc. Course descriptions on the site are invitations to treat; enrolment is confirmed only when you receive written acceptance and satisfy payment terms.
